Carlos Mendoza
Originally an Aerospace Engineer with Fairchild Republic and Grumman during the early 80’s, I moved into the world of IT and Telecommunications during the mid-80’s holding various senior positions at Contel Business Networks, CCMI McGraw-Hill and Cerberus Software.

Most recently as a Partner and Chief Information Officer for Teldata Control Inc., my contributions were instrumental in creating an efficient, scalable and profitable organization; at the time of it's sale, it was the leading Telecom Expense Management firm!

A born problem-solver, my experiences working with literally hundreds of clients, including 4 of the fortune 10, over the last 18 years have honed my skills and enabled me to provide real-world insight into the subtleties of process management and the best approaches to process automation.

Married at 19, owning my first home by 21, Sales Manager of a top ranking Century 21 Office, I thought that I could conquer just about anything. My first son was born, and I realized life was just beginning to get interesting; life as a dad!

My management experience and training techniques had not prepared me for the job ahead; loving, caring, understanding, supporting, and protecting my son in a world that was quick to judge, tease, and dismantle all of the characteristics, faith, and citizenship mom and I had worked so hard to transmit.

I was fortunate enough to be called in to be a sub at my son’s school one afternoon; 4 years later I was still there! Over the years I attended courses on Bullying, Peer Mediation, Protecting Gods Children, and many others which motivated me to take an active role in trying to make a difference in the lives of the hundreds of young people entrusted to me, working together with their parents and guardians. I was able to see that the challenges my son faced were not unique, that young people today were being led down a dangerous path, were being exposed to the dark side of the internet, that they needed to be defended.
